CHELSEA 2-0 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR, PLAYER RATINGS: CAN WE PLAY YOU EVERY WEEK?

1. TREVOH CHALOBAH (8.2)

Pochettino called it the game that has made him happiest so far as Chelsea coach, and it would appear that it’s made most voters quite happy as well. In fact, it’s our second highest rated game overall, with only the 6-0 against Everton scoring higher. Amusingly, two of the four highest rated games overall this season have now come against Spurs. Can we play you every week?

And it’s quite fitting indeed that the Man of the Match goes to a Cobham grad.

Chalobah has been putting in some excellent performances since coming into the team a few weeks ago, and he picked an excellent time to get his first goal of the season as well.

2. MARC CUCURELLA (8.1)

This is Cucurella’s highest ever rating (and first 8+) in the now nearly two seasons he’s been here.

3. MOISÉS CAICEDO (7.9)

Caicedo has been getting better and better as the season has gone on, and that should indeed bode well for the future.
