Many couples stay the night in one of our exquisite rooms or suites at Corinthia Hotel London before tying the knot, as this makes for much more of a stress-free morning in the run up to the wedding.
However some couples are unable to do this, and may need to find a way to get to the hotel, whilst others may be having an off-site religious ceremony and to get to another destination before returning to Corinthia London for the reception.
Cue the wedding car! Wedding cars were traditionally considered a vital element to any big day and not just for aesthetics and glamour. In the past couples would not have lived together prior to getting married and wedding cars were needed to take the bride from her parents’ house to the wedding venue. Another change these days is that previously the couple would have left the wedding party much earlier – none of these modern parties – and were whisked away either to their honeymoon or new marital home.
